Kennedy Gallery and Custom Framing is seeking to hire a skilled and creative Custom Picture Framer to join our team. The Gallery and Frame Shop have been in business for over 34 years in Downtown Portsmouth, specializing in providing high-quality framing for art and objects.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace

-Ensure all frames are crafted with precision and attention to detail

-Ability to use (will train) Valiani mat cutter

-Maintain Inventory

-Computer skills

-Work with customers to select frames, mats and glass for their art

Requirements:

-Experience in the custom framing or related field

-Excellent Customer service skills

-Ability to work Independently and as part of a team

-Strong attention to detail and creativity
