As a professional Commercial and Residential contractor, specializing in high-end, custom construction projects all throughout the Lakes Region and New Hampshire. Objective:

Broadview Construction has an opening for a job site foreman. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing a 2-10 person Crew of other employees and subcontractors on construction projects. The right candidate will have the ability to plan, delegate and communicate necessary tasks to team members as well as hands on assistance to complete projects within designated time schedules. The foreman will have a supervisor with 20+ years of experience and be backed by a culture that promotes and supports growth and advancement as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a construction schedule with project goals in mind.

Able to follow construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work.

Consult Regularly with property owner’s, tenants, and other stakeholders.

Delegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members according to priorities and plans.

Maintain daily job reports and timecards.

In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices with a guarantee to follow them.

Expertise in sourcing construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Foreman skills and Qualifications:

Technical skills in the installation of the following items: Rough and finish carpentry, doors and windows, drywall, painting, and the installation of other finishes.

Technical knowledge of sitework, foundations, masonry, structural steel, roofing, electrical and mechanical systems as these trades are typically subcontracted.

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory in-field construction experience.

Have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a general knowledge of towing trailers.

Advanced knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to problem-solve and fix routine errors.

Strong managerial skills with a warm personality.

Strong communication skills

Compensation and Benefits We offer:

55k -65k annual salary. More if highly qualified.
