Part-time position for jobsite laborer/carpenter apprentice

Part-time work available for motivated, physically fit individual.

Small but growing Carpentry/Residential Construction company looking for responsible, motivated individual for physical work. This job is being offered as a part-time position but may lead to a full-time position for the right individual. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation as our work site changes from day to day, mostly in the greater Ossipee/lakes region area. Travel for last 3 jobs was to Ossipee, Gilmanton, and Alton.

Often our work is in or around customers' homes and businesses, so it is important for employees to be respectful and friendly with a neat appearance. Absolutely No drugs or alcohol at work or during work hours. Previous carpentry/construction experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding is a major plus

Excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn or improve their carpentry skills.

Duties include:

- Moving lumber and materials where they are needed on the jobsite.

- Digging holes and mixing concrete for footings.

- Setting up tools, ladders, equipment.

- Assisting lead carpenter with carpentry duties

- Jobsite clean-up and other various tasks
