Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales goals are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of life insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to improve the performance of sales agents.
Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product offerings, and regulations to ensure the team remains compliant and competitive.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, underwriting, etc.) to optimize sales efforts.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the life insurance industry or a similar field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and sales techniques.
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Life Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one, depending on local regulations).
Looking to hire in the states of NH, VT and MA.
