Roofing Company looking for the ideal candidate who will perform a variety of administrative/clerical tasks and provide support to the Office Manager, Sales and Repair/Staff Coordinator.

Applicants must be over the age of 18 starting hours are 12:00 to 5:00 pm schedule may change as season gets busier.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Energetic, outgoing, friendly and positive attitude

Reliable and Punctual.

Detail oriented and a strong willingness to learn.

Prior experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Need to be a Team player with the ability to work well with others, but also need the ability to work independently and complete duties/ projects with little direct supervision.

Job includes:

-Manage incoming calls & emails.

- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as managing office calendar

and scheduling of meetings with potential customers.

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

-Ensure a clean and organized workspace.

-Basic office duties (copying, e-mail, phones).
