Flooring Installer / Helper (Commercial) -W2-Weekly Pay-PTO-We Train

Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE) + performance pay | Weekly pay

Benefits: Holiday pay + vacation pay

Start: Start within 1 week (Manchester project starts next week)

Hours: 6:30am–3:00pm, typically Mon–Fri

Work Area: Based out of Nashua — travel within 1 hour

Job Types: Apartments + retail (commercial-focused, occasional residential)

We’re building a new commercial flooring crew and hiring installers and helpers/laborers (any experience level). If you’re motivated and reliable, we will train you on a path to become a full installer and beyond:

Helper → Installer Trainee → Installer → Lead

We’re an organized company: work is scheduled ahead (not day-to-day chaos), and materials/jobs are ready—no wasted trips.

Carpet tile

Stretch-in carpet

LVP / vinyl plank

Laminate

Hardwood (plus, not required)

What we’re looking for:

W2 employee

Reliable ride + punctual

Presentable & professional (we’re in occupied apartments and retail spaces)

Good communication, respectful with clients/tenants/property managers

Can handle physical work (lifting, moving materials, cleanup, assisting install)

Dress / appearance

No collared shirt required. We provide company shirts or you can wear plain shirts with no rips or vulgar graphics.
