Maintenance/Service Position

Maintenance person needed for service and repair of mobile and modular homes. Duties include general repair, drywall, painting, finish trim, general cleaning, moving furniture, vinyl siding, etc. You will need your own small tools. Must be able to work independently. Pay based on experience. $22-$25 per hour, possibility of more depending on CDL license, crew chief experience, etc.

This is payroll position, overtime available full time in the Tilton NH area. MUST HAVE references and a drivers license.
