Handyman/contractor/maintenance person needed for several townhouses

Hi,

We're looking for a reliable and skilled handyman/contractor/maintenance person to take care of several townhouses in the same community in North Conway. These jobs come with various sizes. Service fees/rates are negotiable. It can either be per hour basis or monthly maintenance fees depending on the unit sizes and amount of work. We have enough work to keep you busy all year round.
