Full Time Maintenance Position - Starting at $25hr

Downtown Portsmouth apartment complex is looking for a full-time maintenance person to join our team. Tasks include repair, turn-overs, painting, cleaning, grounds keeping and preventative maintenance. Maintenance and customer service experience preferred. We are willing to train the right person.
