Prep Cook

The Carriage House in Rye, New Hampshire is a neighborhood restaurant featuring a raw bar and modern American menu. We are looking for a daytime prep cook for production of pastas, stocks, breaking down proteins and checking in orders. We focus on high level execution, local sourcing and putting delicious food on the plate without fuss.
