This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional client service, supporting their teammates, organizing work flow, educating staff and finding ways to make hospital processes run more efficiently.The Veterinary Operations Coordinator will work closely with the reception team, assistants, doctors, and hospital leadership to help keep operations running smoothly while taking on a variety of administrative and coordination responsibilities.What You’ll Do:Provide exceptional client service and support for the teamHelp keep front-desk operations organized and running smoothlyAssist with administrative projects, hospital paperwork, and other organizational needsCoordinate and organize ultrasound scheduling, communication, and record keepingSupport doctors and hospital management with various administrative needsProvide guidance, support, and leadership to the veterinary assistant team when neededIdentify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to create more efficient processesWork collaboratively with the hospital leadership team to support overall hospital operationsHelp foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented hospital environment
