Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement.

Experience with business process modeling and documentation techniques.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Knowledge of SQL and/or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
