Program Controls Manager

AECOM is seeking a highly qualified individual for the critical role of Program Controls Manager.The Program Controls Manager bears the following crucial responsibilities:Assumes oversight of program controls-related activities for medium-sized programs or specialized defined controls elements of larger programs, providing critical support to the Program Manager or Program Controls Director.Spearheads coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring strict alignment with overarching program objectives.Meticulously identifies and addresses interdependencies between projects, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts to maintain program integrity.Engages in strategic collaboration with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.Maintains close working relationships with senior leadership to define and refine program-level objectives with precision.Provides authoritative guidance and rigorous oversight to project controls teams, ensuring effective management of individual project elements.Conducts thorough monitoring and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies to ensure their efficacy and implement necessary adjustments.Facilitates clear, concise, and timely communication between project teams and stakeholders to maintain program cohesion.Delivers comprehensive and regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements, ensuring full transparency and accountability.
