Job Description

Under the responsibility of the After-Sales Support Manager, the Hardscape field Service Crew Specialist will be responsible for traveling to different customers, occasionally requiring overnight travel, to carry out minor hardscape installations, cleaning, and repairs.

Key responsibilities include: After Sales Service and Merchandising

  • Provide hardscape cleaning, repairs, and landscape installation services as assigned
  • Respond to assigned merchandising requests and provide maintenance to our dealers
  • Provide documentation or pictures as required to Client Support Coordinator to close projects.
  • Replenish Dealer network with marketing collateral: Spec guides, catalogues, brochures
  • Be a brand ambassador ensuring Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and customer service is excellence.
  • Be prepared for quick response for all display and merchandising repairs and updates labelling, signage, rack placement,

Qualifications

  • Great customer service skills
  • 2 years experience in Hardscape (installation and cleaning of pavers and walls)
  • Experience with handheld concrete saws
  • Hold a valid driver's license;a safe driving record and provide an up to date copy.
  • Ability to drive a trailer
  • Be able to lift 50lbs.
  • On occasion be able to work on knees for extended periods of time
  • Be able to work outdoors and indoors.
  • Beable to workindependently.
  • Adopta safe behavior at work.
