BI Report Developer

Could you be a good fit? We’re looking for the best, highly skilled BI Report Developer to join the team of our exceptional client located in Dover, NH for a contract opportunity. Can be remote.

• You will be responsible for the creation, development, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence reports
• You will work with stakeholders
• You will create methodology and document projects
• You will carry out row level security on data
• You will incorporate Power BI reports into other applications through the use of embedded analytics (Power BI service (SaaS), API automation)
• You will transform data for BI
• You will use Power BI desktop to create visuals, dashboards, and KPI scorecards

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have 5+ years experience writing high-performance SQL to figure out intricate business problems
• Have experience in business intelligence and/or information management
• Have experience working in a client-facing technical role
• Have experience with data visualization & implementing high-value solutions, as well as carrying out administrative tasks across multi-environment infrastructures
• Have experience with prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis
• Have experience creating secure Power BI solutions
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, SSRS, PolyBase, and Visual Studio
• Have knowledge of application security layer models in Power BI and writing DAX queries in Power BI desktop
• Are an analytical thinker
