We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Wellness Director to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ.  In this role, you will work closely with the Wellness Director to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being.Salary Range: $100KAssist in the design and execution of wellness initiatives, health education programs, and fitness activitiesCollaborate with department heads to integrate wellness programs across the organizationManage day-to-day operations of wellness facilities and oversee wellness staffDevelop and maintain wellness program budgets, tracking expenses and ROIAnalyze program data and prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and effectivenessCoordinate health screenings, wellness challenges, and educational workshopsStay current on industry trends and best practices in corporate wellnessAssist in the development of marketing materials to promote wellness programsProvide one-on-one coaching and support to employees on health and wellness topicsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in all wellness activities
