Facilities Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team in Auckland.In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day facilities management of a portfolio of commercial and retail properties, ensuring buildings are well maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. You'll work closely with clients, tenants, contractors, and property managers to deliver exceptional service and achieve the best outcomes for our properties.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.Manage the day-to-day facilities operations across a portfolio of commercial and retail properties.Coordinate maintenance works, monitor contractor performance, and oversee service contracts.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expenditure management, and client reporting.Ensure buildings remain compliant with health and safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements.Support capital works projects, building upgrades, and sustainability initiatives to enhance asset performance
