This is the journey level in the series.The Division of Child and Family Services is recruiting for a Developmental Specialist III with the Wraparound in Nevada (WIN) Program in Reno. This is a full-time position that includes a variable work agreement with overtime after 40 hours in a week. Wraparound in Nevada (WIN) is a community-based program that provides tiered care coordination/targeted case management to children/youth with serious emotional disturbances who have complex needs across multiple domains. This position provides direct supervision, coaching, training, and oversight to staff who provide targeted case management services, ensuring staff adhere to work performance standards and perform job functions within all state and program policies and procedures. Duties include but are not limited to the review and approval of targeted case management activities such as: the development, monitoring, and documentation of a crisis plan and plan of care, identification of underlying needs and functional strengths, and referrals to community resources. Supervisors will provide both individual and group supervision virtually, in the office, and in the field to support staff skill development. Additionally, supervisors will also participate in program data collection and fidelity measures.
