Parts Manager wanted for busy Auto Body Shop

Requirements:

Be motivated and use time wisely

Be detail oriented with the ability to track parts/cores

Experienced in accepting deliveries and processing returns

Understand how to read work orders and what parts will be needed by whom

Be able to keep your focus in a busy shop

Understand CCC and how to post invoices to the correct jobs before each day’s end

Be willing to call customers when parts come in and venders to check on or arrange delivery or pick up times

Be positive and personable in working with fellow employees and venders
