Tire Technician-Immediate Opening

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Tire Technician. In this position you will be tasked with:

 Studs tires in preparation for snow, and also in anticipation of weather change

 Performs drivability on tires to confirm their durability and possible cause of failure

 Ensures that minimum standard of safety is maintained

 Maintains a clean work area that meets minimum environmental requirements’ regulations

 Ensures appropriate dismounting and mounting of tires

 Be able to detect unusual tire wear and identify if brakes are worn and in need of repair or replacement

 Possess physical strength to be able to lift heavy items

 A valid driver’s license and a good record of driving

 Effective interpersonal skills

 Strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally

 Good problem-solving skills

 Proven time management, organization, and ability to work effective within a team setting

 Ability to display professionalism, maintain quality focus, and pay attention to detail
