Maintaining the health and well-being of over 40 horses

Complete morning feeding and night check

Administering feed supplements and medications

Blanketing and unblanketing according to weather

Completing daily turnouts of horses

Sharing responsibility to maintain 24-hour supervision of property and horses

Maintaining positive client relations

Office administration including answering the phone, taking messages, and keeping a daily service log

Cleaning lounge, office, and bathroom areas plus general property maintenance

Irrigation maintenance

Small and medium tractor work

Annual salary for 40 hour work week: $26,499.00
