Prep Cook / Sushi Chef

Cloud Sushi in Truckee, California is hiring a prep cook. The shift goes from around 10AM to 3PM on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There may be a Tuesday shift as well if interested. The right candidate will have at least 1 year restaurant kitchen experience, and good English communication skills. This position will get trained as a sushi chef in the spring / summer. Total compensation average starting at $25-32/hr including tip share.

Must have reliable winter transportation or live within walking distance of 10130 West River St in Truckee
