About the Role

We’re looking for a restaurant manager who is as comfortable behind the line as they are front of house. This hands-on leader will not only manage daily operations but will actively participate in cooking, prepping, and quality control—including skillful steak cutting. Scheduling, ordering, and ensuring seamless guest experiences fall squarely within your realm of responsibility. Dependability is a absolute must.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest service

Manage kitchen activities including cooking, prep work, and meat cutting

Build and maintain staff schedules to optimize coverage and productivity

Handle inventory management and ordering to maintain smooth operations

Lead by example, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in both front and back of house restaurant management.

Strong culinary skills, meat cutting experience is good but we can train for that skill.

Exceptional organizational skills for scheduling and inventory management

A dependable leader with a hands-on approach to daily operations
