GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Full-time Wedding Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning, day-of-coordination and additional administrative tasks of wedding events at the Twenty Mile House. The goal is to assist in providing an outstanding wedding experience for our wedding couples and their guests and ensure that the wedding party’s vision comes together seamlessly on the wedding day.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Client Engagement: Build lasting, meaningful relationships with wedding couples by providing personalized guidance throughout the entire planning process. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a high level of customer care, ensuring that each couple feels supported and heard at every step of the journey.
-Wedding Coordination: Take charge of planning and executing weddings, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish. Serve as the liaison between couples and vendors, effectively communicating and coordinating to bring their vision to life. Anticipate needs and solve any issues that may arise during the planning or on the day of the event.
-Administrative Duties: Keep meticulous records of event logistics, including timelines, seating charts, and floor plans. Utilize tools like Google Drive and Aisle Planner to manage and organize all event details, ensuring accuracy and quick access to information. Track progress and update necessary documents to stay on top of all deadlines.
-Team Management: Inspire, lead, and manage both staff and vendors, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, while maintaining high standards of service to create exceptional experiences for the wedding couple and their guests.

-Computer Proficiency: Experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office is preferred.
-Client Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele.
-Time Management: Capable of completing tasks effectively and on time.
-Team Collaboration: Works well in a team environment with a positive, cooperative attitude.

-Event Planning Experience: Experience in event planning or hospitality service is preferred.
-Educational Background: Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
Location: Twenty Mile House, Cromberg CA, 96103. Must be able to reliably commute to the worksite.
Hours: Full-time, year round. Hours and season can be flexible for the right candidate.
Wedding season is from mid-April through mid-November. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays. During the off-season, days and hours are flexible.
Compensation: $55-$65k, depending on experience. 401(k) with company match, health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays
Working Conditions: Work in an outdoor venue wooded environment with changing weather when working on company grounds. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
