Come join our professional team this Winter in the beautiful setting of Caples Lake!

We are seeking talented, detail-oriented, and passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude to join our team at Caples Lake Resort. We are a small team looking for positive, constructive, and solution-oriented individuals who are happy to do whatever it takes to ensure an amazing experience for our guests.

Winter employment beginning early December.

REDUCED COST HOUSING POSSIBLY AVAILABLE.

Job Qualifications:

Experience/ Knowledge:

Bartending skills (Beer/wine only)

Server skills

Front of the housing supervising

We are open to training for the right individuals with limited experience.

Full/part time position available.

Skills/Aptitudes:

Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude

Ability to take direction.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Must be self-motivated, and organized.

Have serv-safe food handling card and TIPS for bartending.

Commitment to quality service.

Must be able to work nights, some weekends and holidays.

Full/part-time position available.

Must have a reliable vehicle.
