Motorcycle Technician Support Representative: $15-18/hr
Nevada, Northlasvegas, 89030 Northlasvegas USAImportant Information:This job posting is for a new hire class to start in early February 2025 - exact date TBD.  Training will be Monday to Friday from 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm.  Once the 4-5 week training period is complete, team members will be expected to transition to a new schedule. Compensation is $15-$18/hr.  This wage may be increased after a 4 month progress review.The training class is 100% in office so applicants need to be able to commute daily to our North Las Vegas office at 4060 Frehner Road.  After training, there may be some opportunities to work from home; however, applicants should expect to work most shifts in office.This role requires mechanical knowledge of engines, especially motorcycles and their parts, accessories and gear. Working experience as a motorcycle mechanic is preferred.Product Specialist / Customer Service and Sales / Customer Loyalty / Rider Support; this role is all of those jobs in one. This isn't just about answering customer calls: You love bikes. You love gear. You love helping customers get the parts and apparel they need. You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and written.Our Rider Support Team Members should be two-wheel aficionados that are devotees of the powersports industry and understand the importance of assuring a great customer experience, driving sales, and providing support for all riders that contact three companies under the Comoto Family of Brands: RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles.  Our next Rider Support Team Member will: Handle all ranges of levels of interaction with customers via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels to take it one step forward toward facilitating all aspects of customer interaction with POLISH. Assist with questions pertaining to fitment, application, modification, and selection of motorcycle parts, gear, and accessories.Answer standard customer service questions as required, such as assisting customers with returns, lost packages and placing orders.Take the advice given to the next level and help customers place orders for a complete customer experience.Continually learn about a combination of some of the following: motorcycle parts and gear, motorcycle riding, motorcycle racing, dirt bike and off-road riding, adventure/touring riding, supercross/MX, bike modification, among others.Working with our logistics, techs, suppliers, order management teams, and other staff on a case by case basis to ensure that we overdeliver in every opportunity is what this position is all about!Be detail-oriented, proactive, and conscientious with a commitment to self-improvement.Be an excellent, polished communicator both verbally and through writing. Help customers all day, every day.
