Position Summary: Works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager regarding the quality assurance, inventory control, space management and logistics of the flow, receiving, pulling orders, display & rotation of products. As well as being responsible for the safe and correct operation of delivery vehicles when in backup driver mode.

Hours / Days: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, with the occasional Saturday as needed. Additional hours during busy holidays including Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.

This is NOT a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse Coordinator

 Accurately receive incoming shipments of products. Including the receiving of Purchase Orders.

 Process products and control the rotation, staging and flow of the display coolers and back stock in storage cooler.

 Process and pull product to fill orders.

 Assist customers with their questions and purchases.

 Assist with plant maintenance, as needed.

 Assist with loading product onto the delivery truck.

 Perform general cleaning duties in the warehouse to ensure the shop is clean and tidy. Including cleaning floors, gather and empty trash and service, clean, or supply restrooms per the team schedule.

 Perform other related duties as assigned.

Backup Delivery Driver

 Safe and correct operation of delivery trucks.

 Load product on to delivery vehicle.

 Deliver products to customers.

 Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills / Abilities:

 Able to read, write and communicate in the English language.

 Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

 Bilingual communication in English and Spanish, preferred.

 Answer incoming phone calls and operate office machines, as needed.

 Able to work in a team environment and independently.

Essential Functions / Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

 Knowledge of D.O.T. rules and regulations.

 Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.

 Able to build a good team environment.

Physical Demands:

 Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

 Pushing and pulling of loaded and empty product carriers.

 Able to withstand hot and cold environmental temperatures.

 Able to climb stairs and walk on uneven ground.

 Able to mount and dismount equipment and vehicle.

 Stand or sit for extended periods of time.
