General construction/Maintenance/Electrician person

General construction/Maintenance/Electrician/Plumbing person needed 3 days per week (28 hrs) Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Need to be skilled in carpentry/machinery/electric/plumbing, have own hand tools, all power tools provided. Able to follow direction, work outwith supervision at times. Knowledge in maintenance (concrete, plumbing, electrical, and construction remodel/repair). Certified in forklift and scissor lift helpful but not necessary for employment, same will be provided.
