Accel Electric is growing and seeks a qualified applicant for the role of an experienced Electrician Foreman to join our team for our Las Vegas Projects. As an Electrician Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED. MUST HAVE SUPERINTENDANT OR FOREMAN EXPERIENCE WE WILL ASK FOR REFERENCES.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Super Intendant or foreman role, preferably 5 years. Must have knowledge of running work in residential and commercial.

Description of Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety and quality standards
Collaborate with construction teams to provide accurate electrical construction estimates and schedules
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Install and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical devices
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Participate in field work activities, including utilizing tools when necessary
Qualifications:
Demonstrated Leadership skills
A proven track record of delivering safe projects on time and within budget
Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training
Valid electrician license or certification - ability to obtain NV Electrical Qualification Card
Proven experience as an electrician in a construction or maintenance setting
Strong knowledge of NEC and most electrical systems, components, and equipment
Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve electrical issues
Attention to detail and ability to perform quality control inspections
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
