Help With Sony Fx30 Settings For Indoor Home Studio

I need someone with video camera and lighting expertise. I have a home studio equipped with lighting, audio, and a Sony FX 30 camera. I need help getting the camera dialed in on the optimal settings to get the look and feel I want on my Youtube videos.

I want you to teach me to set it while we work on it and help me notate how you set it incase I ever need to again.
