Hello,

Over the past several months, I have noticed ongoing account and device compromise, persisting over device and network changes. I have spent hours collecting, reviewing, and trying to connect the dots from thousands of logs in order to understand how this keeps happening, as well as who could be behind it.

I initially realized my iPhone was being used by more than just myself, from the excessive screen time usage which exceeded 24 hours in a single day on one device. In addition to excessive battery usage up to 280% in a single day, or photos/camera app interaction during times when I was asleep.

In my findings, I’ve discovered repeat signatures and access patterns that keep leading to one individual who I suspect may be behind this. This person has had physical access to my devices and network, and i have documentation that shows their known devices / iCloud accessing mine via screenshots of critical iCloud login notifications, router web history logs, Bluetooth pairings and Bluetooth arp logs, iPhone crash logs, etc. They may have also managed to gain persistent remote access to my devices via my cellular provider, which I have documentation for as well.

My goal is to verify and organize the data I’ve collected to identify unauthorized access between my devices and this individual, into a report that would be permissible in court, so that I may pursue legal action on this breach of privacy, fraud and theft.

Experience with mobileconfig, iPhone crash reports, router web history logs, BLE, Bluetooth beacons, NETbios, utun, Find My, zsh command outputs, arp logs, etc. would be useful to help validate unauthorized access behaviors (not limited to).

You must have verifiable credentials or certifications in digital forensics or cybersecurity, with experience producing evidence reports that are admissible in court or accepted by law enforcement.
