Family owned LG Gallery is hiring! Las Vegas' most beautiful store is looking for a full-time store manager to do all the things that makes LG Gallery the best store in town with the best customer service. Experience in high-end home furnishings retail sales and management is required. Responsibilities

Customer service: Ensure customers are happy and resolve complaints

Sales: Motivate sales teams and meet sales goals

Inventory management: Ensure the store has enough supplies and manage stock levels

Financial management: Track sales figures

Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule and supervise employees

Skills

Leadership, Organization, Problem-solving, Communication, Work ethic, and Marketing and advertising. Duties will include working with customers on the sales floor, working on the point of sale system, helping with floor sets and resets, and all the things a retail store needs to keep it running smoothly. Must be willing and able to work an 8 hour shift including weekends, mostly on your feet. Must be able to lift 30lbs, and to work on a ladder.
