PI Case Manager Wanted

Personal Injury Law Firm seeking bilingual case manager.

Case manager is expected to be able to run claims from start to finish. Some duties include but is not limited to:

-Regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, health providers, etc. with an emphasis on client satisfaction

-Assisting with clients on all aspects of a pre-lit claim such as helping with PD, finding treatment providers, walking them through the claims process, etc.

-Drafting correspondence through claim process, including LOR's, LOP's, demands, etc.

-Review medical records for completeness and accuracy

-Review, request, and process claim documents

Requirements:

-Bilingual - Spanish/English

-Two years experience as PI case manager

-Good communication skills and time management
