Framing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Framing Foreman to lead and manage framing operations on residential and commercial construction projects. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of framing techniques, job site coordination, and crew supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality work while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate framing crews on residential and/or commercial projects

Ensure all work is completed according to blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations

Manage schedules, materials, and project timelines efficiently

Train and mentor team members to maintain high-quality craftsmanship

Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors as needed

Enforce job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of framing experience (foreman experience preferred)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Knowledge of wood and metal framing techniques

Familiarity with job site safety protocols

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
