Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: Starting at $16/hour, with the opportunity for a raise after a satisfactory probationary period of 60 days.

Position Overview:

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to clients in their homes. You may be assigned between one to two clients per day, depending on client needs and your availability. Note: Shifts can start anytime between 6 AM and 8 PM based on your availability.

Shifts Overview:

Caregivers may be assigned between one to two clients per day, with shifts ranging from 2 to 8 hours per client. Total daily working hours will not exceed 8 hours per day unless requested. The exact length of each shift depends on the specific needs of each client, which can vary. This structure ensures that caregivers can work with multiple clients within a given day.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide help with mobility, transfers, and physical therapy exercises as required.

Prepare meals and assist with feeding, while considering special dietary needs.

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.

Administer medication reminders and assist with managing medication schedules.

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.

Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate parties.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required to travel throughout the Las Vegas metro area, including Green Valley, Summerlin, Henderson, and surrounding regions.

Must be available for shifts starting between 6 AM and 8 PM, with shifts typically ranging from 2 to 8 hours per client.

Non-smoking: Due to the health sensitivities of our clients, smoking is strictly prohibited.

A smartphone capable of downloading and using company applications is required.

Professionalism and cleanliness are essential, especially in client homes.

Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We offer training to ensure you succeed in your role.

TB test and physical must be completed immediately before entering any client’s home.

All other required documentation, including CPR certification, background check, and PCA training certification, must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Flexibility and adaptability are key, as client needs may range from minimal to more comprehensive care.
