Late night line cook

Aloha.

We are looking for enthusiastic, Motivated Cooks to join

our busy kitchen team at The World-famous Golden Tiki. We offer

competitive pay and a set schedule. We currently are

looking for people with late night (4p – 2a) availability. part

time and full time. Weekends are a must

Graveyard/Swing duties

At the start of the shift make a list and restock Apps.

Check / Change Sani bucket

Must have a SNHD food service card

Review with evening cook if anything is 86d or needs a

count for the evening.

Must be able to stand 8+ hours in a small area while

keeping organization and Assure all health department

regulations are met

If time refill dip bottles.

Restock kitchen inventory.

Turn over the line (clean inserts, replace product)

Clean and change sanitation every 4 hours.

Give the dish machine a scrub and change the filter at

the end of the shift.
