PREP COOK DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to bring our menu to life and support our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Ensure quality, presentation, and timeliness of food service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Italian & European cuisine is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
-Cooking Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
-Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
-Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures
-Self-motivated and able to communicate with management
-Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
-Health Card (Local SNHD) or Serve Safe
Competitive Pay: Depends on experience

Hours: Full time
