The VIP Lounge Ambassador delivers exceptional, personalized service to high-value guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury experience within the Wynn VIP Lounge. This role is responsible for anticipating guest needs, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, and embodying the Forbes Five-Star service philosophy that defines the Wynn brand.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide warm, personalized greetings and establish rapport with VIP guests upon arrivalDeliver attentive, discreet, and anticipatory service tailored to each guest’s preferencesMaintain a thorough knowledge of lounge offerings, including premium beverages, culinary selections, and amenitiesCoordinate with internal departments (Hotel Operations, Casino Hosts, Food & Beverage, Security) to ensure a seamless guest experienceMonitor lounge atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand presentation standardsHandle special requests, reservations, and guest concerns promptly and professionallyMaintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with high-profile guestsProcess transactions accurately, if applicable, and maintain proper documentationEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulationsProactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
