Experienced HOME WARRANTY Plumbing Dispatcher Needed

Blue Diamond Plumbing is a small busy office looking for an experienced dispatcher to assist in our office. This is a full time position Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities will include:

Dispatch & Scheduling

Answer heavy incoming phone lines

Pristine customer service

Requirements:

Previous office experience w/ Home Warranty required

Customer service

Must have 2 years of HOME WARRANTY experience

if you know House Call Pro Software

Bilingual

plumbing, restoration, & construction

Normal Working Hours / Additional Working Hours

This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Some Saturdays on rotation from 7:00am - 1:00pm. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed
