Designing Brilliance: Leading and defining feature upgrades and usability improvements that will have a high impact on how people connect through Zoom Whiteboard. Every design decision matters!
Collaborating & Inspiring: Partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers to set new standards for visual and interaction design.
Raising the Bar :Establishing Zoom’s Whiteboard as a top-tier tool through exceptional visual and interaction design within a dynamic, iterative design culture.
Hands-On in Figma: Diving deep into Figma, our go-to tool, where you’ll craft and prototype interactions and interfaces that captivate users across multiple devices.
Advocating for Users: Championing user-centered design principles and challenge assumptions to uncover the best solutions.
Being a Creative Collaborator: Collaborating with design teams across Zoom to refine, inspire, and innovate through collective insight and feedback.
What we’re looking for
Have 8+ years in user-centered design with a focus on high-level functional, visual design, and crafting engaging micro-interactions.
Have proven expertise across desktop, mobile, and tablet interfaces.
Have the ability to push boundaries, inspire, influence and drive cross-functional teams toward creating world-class user experiences.
Have expertise working with Figma.
Have good interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate design decisions to any audience.
Experience in motion design to create engaging, interactive experiences (nice-to-have).
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$118 600,00Maximum:$259 500,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
