Come work in the Craft Beer and Beverage Industry. Since 1992 Codi Manufacturing has been providing custom conveying solutions to the beverage/beer, food, household products industries. Our Craft Canning System is experiencing rapid growth and we need Assembly Technicians to help build the best Small Scale Canning Lines.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is a creative thinker with a strong work ethic to help our business expand to meet customer demands. Being a team player who is detail oriented with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills is essential.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly of Automated Canning Systems to meet Codi expectations.
o Building Sub-Assemblies following procedures
o Installing Sub-Assemblies onto Filler
o Ability to Follow Instruction and Standards
o Keep Work Area Clean and Organized while getting work completed.
Optional electrical assembly of automation systems to meet Codi expectations.
Assist in the implementation of both 5S and KanBan
Must be comfortable standing for periods of time
General mechanical abilities
Self-motivated and very dependable, we take attendance seriously

Communicate effectively with fellow team members, and supervisors.
Can learn technical skills and become versed in equipment.
Work well independently, with little day-to-day supervision.
Have some experience working with their hands and small tools, such as in construction or other industry.
Have an aptitude and/or experience working with computers
Are physically able to kneel, bend and stoop and can lift up to 60 pounds.
Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols.
Have a high personal commitment to delivering quality services to our customers, consistent with our industry-leading quality program.
Have a strong character and work ethic they want to work hard as part of a team doing important work.
Job Qualifications - Education and Experience
Experience in a professional Assembly Role
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude
Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of the team
Strong communication skills with technical competence
Requires a considerable amount of physical labor.
