About Us:

Blue Patriot Fab is a leading pipe fabrication company based in Omaha, Nebraska, known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and our team. We specialize in high-precision ductile iron pipe fabrication and are dedicated to supporting our clients' success through exceptional workmanship.

Hours: Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: Starting pay is $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience + Bonuses, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, and Benefits

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and diligent Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily work with lathe machines and in our CNC shop, playing a critical part in our manufacturing process. This position is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about the manufacturing industry and looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate lathe machines and CNC equipment with precision and safety.

- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

- Ensure quality control of all fabricated components.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.

- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to read.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to read a tape measure.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Previous experience in machine operation is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
