Station Lead - Paramedic

Now she's heading home to the Pacific Northwest, and we're looking for the person who takes it from here and continues our tradition of excellence.This is not a desk job with a radio. You'll lead the team and set the tone for positive, values driven culture and work ethic. You'll make the schedule, monitor supplies, read and QA charts, and be the person your team trusts. You will be supported by an assistant, a great team that's already in place, plus a support network of peers and other leaders.What you'll do:

- Lead and develop a team of paramedics and EMTs

- Own station readiness: units, equipment, schedule, and standards

- Build relationships with Omaha-area hospitals and facilities

- Work directly with our founder and the leadership team

- Help decide what Station 137 becomes next, including growth in Nebraska
