OverviewCHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice on West Maple in Omaha, Nebraska. Outpatient only

Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week

Average of 20-24 patient visits per day

4 or 4 1/2 day work week

Qualifications

One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care required

Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program

Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization

Nebraska License required

Nebraska DEA required

BLS
