If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleProduct Director, Payment OptimizationWhat does a successful Product Director, Payment Optimization do at Fiserv?You will be a leader of Emerging Data and Omnichannel Commerce for Carat and will have the primary responsibility for setting the product direction and executing roadmap on the delivery of our next generation data as a service and omnichannel capabilities for large corporate clients. You will have leadership responsibility to identify and deliver on solutions that help our ecommerce and omnichannel clients leveraging Fiserv’s data assets to create better consumer experiences and optimize payments.What you will do:
Steer strategy and vision for our portfolio of Payment Optimization services, in particular our Authorization Optimization product family.
Lead and deliver large strategic products that solve client problems in the areas of Payment Optimization and emerging payment solutions from idea to commercialized product
Develop and champion new investments and capabilities through the Business Case approval process.
Lead and champion commercialization and go-to-market activities for next generations capabilities.
Support sales activities to drive initial client adoption.
Orchestrate across product, technology, and sales teams to design, develop, and execute on product/programs.
Collaborate with technology partners to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of the program.
Provide regular status and progress communications to relevant Stakeholders.
What you will need to have:
High School graduate/GED
10 years’ experience across product, technology, and business operations.
Working knowledge of merchant acceptance and digital/ecommerce solutions, especially emerging payment experiences, POS payment systems, and omnichannel solution delivery.
What would be great to have:
Bachelors degree
Proven experience delivering large projects/programs across multiple functional areas, especially in a highly-matrixed environment.
Knowledge of Fiserv systems
