OverviewCHI Health Clinic is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider; (APRN or Physician Assistant PA-C to join our Neurosurgery team at Creighton University Medical Center Bergan (CUMC Bergan)Due to exceptional growth of the neurosurgery program we are adding Advanced Practice Providers!The Neurosurgery APP will work (3) 12 hour shifts WEEKENDS; Friday/Saturday/Sun to offer highly advanced care for patients with the most complex neurosurgical disorders.The Neuroscience Institute specialties include:

Level 4 Epilepsy Center

Stroke Certified Centers

ACS Level I Trauma Center

Head Trauma, spine trauma

The Advanced Practice Provider opportunity includes:

Main location Creighton University Medical Center Bergan campus

Full time

(3) 12 hour shifts dedicated to weekends. Fri/Sat/Sun

0700-1900

No Call

Primary responsibilities include IP rounding, accepting calls for admissions and IP care, discharge notes

Potential to be 1st Assist in OR

First Assist surgical skill training a plus

Qualifications

American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty

A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
