Product Manager

Description This person's main function is to manage client accounts within Cvent software. Eventually in the future they will be transitioning clients from this software to their own proprietary software, which will be a requirement to learn. This person will wear many hats and must be adaptable to changing priorities in a high paced environment. Also, will be asked to do other tasks. May be answering event hotlines from time to time.Initially little to no travel required but will have potential to travel around the country for events.Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Keen on solving customer and business problems.

Strong background in customer service and high paced environment experience.

Experienced with event software.
