The Project Director ofTRIOStudent Support Services (SSS)makes a positive impact in the Universitys students by providing leadership for programs that support the persistence, retention, and graduation of first-generation, low-income, and disabled University of Nebraska-Lincoln students.
The Project Director,TRIOStudent Support Services will:
Administer and implement innovative and high-impact programs and services forSSSparticipants to aid in retention and graduation
Collaborate with University and community partnerships that will achieve the grants objectives and outcomes.
Promote the services available toSSSprograms and recruit eligible students to participate in the program
Recruit, hire, train, and lead a staff of professional staff, graduate assistants, and student workers to fulfill the mission of Student Support Services.
Develop and administer andSSSgrant budget, based on the requirements of the grant. This includes reporting and securing additional funding for future grant years.
Assess and monitor program data and outcomes.
