Family owned business looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper!

Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. M-F

Manage weekly and monthly reports

Manage payroll:

Complete/file monthly and quarterly taxes

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable

Oversee all QuickBooks functions including reconciliation of accounts

Office Administration Responsibilities

Quickbooks or Equivalent Accounting Software: 5 years (Required)
