Support compliance with Corporate Credit Policy, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal control environment.This position has been segmented as hybrid meaning the work is a combination of approximately 90 percent remote/virtual and 10 percent onsite at any regional location as defined by the role segmentation.Typical pay for this role is around $63,000 - $80,000 per year depending on location and experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Third-Party Collection (TPC) Administrator

TPC App Administration and reporting.

Liaison between US Foods and our Third-Party Collection Agencies to manage the relationship with our partners.

Provide Reporting on KPI’s of Third-Party Collection Agencies to ensure these agencies are optimally collecting on USF Bad Debt receivables.

Reconcile Billing from TPC Agencies

Approve Legal Placements recommended by the Third-Party Agencies

Approve and negotiate legal settlements.

Bectran Administration

Monitor the Bectran Channel under our Credit and Collection Reporting Team to make sure user issues related to Bectran are resolved in a timely manner.

Administer the reporting of Online Application %, Auto Approval %, Terms Adjustment Requests and Credit Decision Model performance.

Administer the Collateral data such as Personal Guaranty and UCC Filings to update ERAM and Snowflake reporting.

Reporting

Provide monthly recommendations on how the Third-Party Agencies are performing and facilitate formal reviews with Sr. Credit Leaders.

Provides forecasting and Trend information on collections and bad debt recovery from our Third-Party Collection Agencies to Sr. Credit Leaders.

Provide reports to Ensure compliance with Corporate Credit Policy, partner with Internal Audit on maintaining proper internal control environment and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control framework.

Assist with Adhoc Reporting requests for the Credit Team

RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Works closely with the Regional and National Credit Managers, Sr. Director of Credit and VP of Q2C to provide insights into the performance of the Third Party Agencies and collection trends.

External: Is the Central Point of contact for our Third Party Agencies. Works with Bectran on reporting and support issues related to our On Line Applications.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Remote : This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Third Party Collection Agencies.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience of data mining and reporting.

Strong Excel Reporting Skills required.

SQL Programing a plus.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.

In New York City, the expected compensation for this role is between $73,500 and $95,000 per year. In California, the expected compensation for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year. In Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year.
